That rare thing called True Love

I always feel very privelaged to do weddings. In fact I don't know if there are many photographers that appreciate how special a wedding day is.
In theory this is only one day in 2 peoples lives where they vow to spend the rest of their lives together and love each other forever. You cant really get anything more profound than that.
I always look as a couple ties the knot with a dose of amazement and a pinch of envy.
I think the chances of meeting someone where you both fall in love with each other is pretty slim in my experience. There are many factors that come into play before you would even go on a date with someone, never mind fall in love and get married. You could like them but they dont like you or vice versa. One of you may be already in a relationship. One of you may not be in that place where you want a relationship.
All these hurdles to overcome! So when I see two people that have found each other and overcome these hurdles, and then even fallen in love with each other I really am amazed!!
Just make sure you choose wisely and dont end up like the guy below!!!

And sometimes in the beginning its enough to go with how you feel in the space within which can flutter! Later the hurdles can be tackled when there is someone shouting 'come on we can do it ! '

Somtimes in the beginning its enough to follow the flutter inside, the hurdles can be jumped together whatever they may be. Its hard to be brave but harder still to wonder what it may be

But one day all those hurdles will be overcome, and before you know it you'll be walking hand in hand around Keswick, taking a rowing boat onto the lake and people will be looking at you with a dose of amazement and a pinch of envy. And when that happens there'll be no chance of ending up like the guy above!!

You should have listened to your own advice.
